Every activity completed through Smokeball is tracked through Activity Intelligence. For activity done outside of Smokeball, you can create an activity and add it to Activity Intelligence. 

Activity Basics

• Select the date the activity was created (if applicable: change the staff)
• Enter the duration of minutes spent
• Enter details of what you want to appear on Activity Intelligence and Save

Activity will appear in Activity Intelligence

• You can create activities from the Home Screen Action Bar, but make sure you assign an appropriate matter
