PDFExporting CSV Files of your Matters & Clients
- From Smokeball Settings, in the left side menu select Data Backup
- Press Create Data Backup
- The current user will receive an email with links to a .csv file for both Matters and Clients.
For all your documents saved in matters:
Send a request to our Support Team
The documents will take approximately 24 hours and you will be sent an email with a Link to download the data. This will appear as a folder for each matter, and each folder will contain the documents.
