eConveyancing Changes for NSW & VIC

On 17 June 2019 we will be making changes to your existing and new Purchase, Sale and Transfer matters in NSW & VIC.

Please ensure that prior to 17 June 2019, you have correctly selected in the Conveyancing Details layout, whether your matter is settling electronically or not.

If it is settling electronically, please tick the "Electronic Transaction" checkbox.

If it is not settling electronically, please do not tick the "Electronic Transaction" checkbox.

Smokeball is getting ready for the electronic conveyancing mandate coming 1 July 2019.

In anticipation of changes to our Purchase, Sale and Transfer matter layouts please make sure that all matters that are Electronic Transactions have the Conveyancing Details > Electronic Transaction checkbox ticked prior to 17 June 2019.

All matters that are not settling electronically should not have the checkbox ticked.

Please ensure this is done correctly, as your matter data will be affected by these changes:

 

 

On the morning of 17 June 2019, our changes will come into affect and you will no longer see this checkbox.

It will be replaced by a Paper Transaction checkbox, as the majority of all new matters are to be settled electronically.
