You can print or re-print a trust receipt at any time as follows:
- Open the matter.
- Locate the Trust Receipt you want to print and select the three dots to the right of the balance.
- Select Print Receipt.
- The receipt will then display on a new Smokeball tab, where you can download or print it as required.
Generate a receipt automatically after creating a trust transaction
Ensure that your trust receipting is set up correctly with the following:
- Go to Firm Settings in the Smokeball Web App, then select Accounts from the left panel.
- Turn on all options under Trust and Controlled Money Options and click Save.
