I cannot see the Smokeball application in Outlook.

I cannot see the Smokeball toolbar anymore! Where did it go?

The Smokeball add-in is not visible when opening an email. This means that the add-in has not loaded yet or that the add-in is disabled.

(How the toolbar will look if it is enabled.) 

Go to File > Options > Add-Ins. Make sure Smokeball is an active add-in.

If Smokeball is Inactive or Disabled, click on "Go..." next to Manage: COM Add-ins. Make sure SmokeballOutlookAddin is selected. 

Close out of Outlook and Smokeball. Open Smokeball then Outlook. If the add-in is still not appearing or stuck in loading, give our support line a call at (855) 668-3207 or submit a ticket.
