How do I add a new user?
To add a new user, you will first need to confirm with Billing that you will be adding another user account. Once that information has been confirmed, our Support team will create a new user for your firm.

The following information is required to create a user account:
- First and Last name of new user.
- The new user's email address.
Once that information is provided, we will be able to create a log-in for the new user. The username and password will be sent to the user and they will be ready to use Smokeball!
