Not Receiving the Daily Digest

  1. Check to make sure that you have the box checked next to “Send me a daily summary e-mail every morning” in the Outlook & Notification settings in the Smokeball Settings.
  2. Send a test email by selecting “Send now” to the right of the “Send me a daily summary e-mail every morning” option.
  3. Check to see if the test email has been sent to your inbox.
  4. If the email is not in your inbox, check the spam folder.
  5. Ensure that the email assigned to your user information in the Staff & Users section under the Smokeball Settings is correct.
  6. Log a ticket if the above steps do not work.
