Staff & Group Calendars

Smokeball users are assigned individualized staff calendars, which house events created by and assigned to them. However, firms can also create group calendars (like a family law practice’s court calendar, for example) to manage events universal to multiple members of the firm.

How to Create a Group Calendar:

  1. In the Calendar area, click Manage calendars.
  2. Click Create a new Calendar.
  3. Select a name and color for the calendar and click Save.

Is your calendar getting cluttered? You can check or uncheck any calendar to show/hide its events.
