Home Screen: Support


You can access Smokeball support through the home screen.

1. Navigate to the Support Tab from the Smokeball Home Screen:


2. On the Support tab, you can:


  • (1) Quickly submit a ticket, access support articles and training videos, get remote assistance


  • (2) Newest Version and Feature releases: Every time a new version of Smokeball is available, we highlight the newest features and updates on the support tab

  • (3) Client Newsletter: Quickly access latest client newsletter
