Smokeball Billing now includes an Accounts Ledger Report that can be exported for accounting purposes.

Time and Expenses Report updates

Description is included for exported Time and Expenses reports for specific matters

Invoice Title and Subtitle Refinements

You can now set the Invoice Title and Subtitle at the matter level and it will apply to every new invoice created moving forward. 

Simply click on the pencil next to the matter description and  scroll to the Invoice settings and select your preference:

If you customize at the invoice level, you can click reset to revert to the matter settings for that matter. 

You can also customize your invoice title and subtitle settings at a matter level

Bulk Billing Refinement

To assist with bulk billing, filters have been added to the Invoices Area,

Professional Fee Summary Option

There is now an option to included a Professional Fee Summary on invoices.

This setting is helps create clarity for clients by showing a summary of the work done by multiple staff members on a particular matter and their billing rates.

This setting can be applied on individual invoices or in the global invoice settings to always be included on invoices.

Edit Entries on Previously Locked Draft Invoices

• Users can now edit any entry on a draft invoice. Previously, draft invoices were locked to preserve drastic changes to time captured.

Bank Reconciliation Adjustments

• Account Adjustments are available for trust account bank reconciliation purposes
• Bank Reconciliation, select Adjustments
