Multi-Factor Authentication Only Conversations
- When creating a conversation in Communicate, the user can select the staff members on the conversation, the external parties on the conversation and – now – whether the conversation requires Multi-factor authentication.
- If the “Require MFA?” toggle is enabled, the conversation will require all the client’s to have MFA enabled in order to see messages or files on that conversation.
- If the client doesn’t have MFA enabled, they will still see that the conversation exists and be prompted to enable MFA in order to see those messages.
- Within the conversation Manage Participants screen, the “Require MFA” toggle can be enabled or disabled to change this status.
