- Communicate Shared Document Status Column: You can now add a "Shared" column to the master document list. This will allow you to see whether a file was shared via Communicate. Hovering over the shared status icon will give more information like the date the item was shared.

Improvements


- Matter Number/Internal Reference Number: The Matter Number/Internal Reference Number is now included in the matter header so it can be seen from any tab within the matter.

- Communicate Message Button In Word: A "Message" button has been added to the Smokeball section of the ribbon in Word. This allows sharing via Communicate directly from a document in Word.

- Contact Card Address Display:  Alternate addresses are now displayed o the card when a standard street address is not present.

- Daily Digest: Matter links now show in the Daily Digest for cancelled, closed, and deleted matters.

Bug Fixes


- Fixed an issue where some not billable, written off entries, and billed totals may have displayed incorrectly.

- Fixed an issue where some users may not have been able to save PDFs with the Chrome Extension

- Fixed an issue where contacts for an organization/trust may not have been autopopulating.

- Fixed an issue where Communicate conversations were not being started with email address ending in .net

- Fixed an issue where the mailing address checkbox was not functioning correctly in a contact card.

- Other minor bug and stability fixes.
