Version 7.4 of Smokeball includes some exciting new features, including:
AutoTime: Option to not run on Closed matters
To stop time entries from being created on a Closed matter:
- Go to Settings > Staff & Users > select user > Billing tab
- Tick the option ‘Do not create time entries on Closed matters’
Pop out Global Time & Expenses screen
- Under the firm level Time & Expenses tab, click the Pop Out option to open the Time & Expenses tab into its own screen.
Global task view: New Task interface
Smokeball tasks have a new look. As part of a project to improve the performance of Smokeball's task feature, we have made improvements to the way you can view and filter tasks in the global tasks screen. New features include:
- New default views filtered by due date
- Task counts next to each view
- Ability to create and save your own filtered views
