You can reverse a payment on an invoice, a Client Account deposit (including Interest Accrued entry), or a Client Account or Office Account payment.
- Under the Accounts view or in the matter file, select the transaction that you want to reverse.
- Select Reverse.
- Enter the Reason for reversal, then select Process.
Did You Know
- You can not reverse a Transfer of funds from one Client Account to another. If a Client to Client transfer is made in error, it will need to be "re-transferred" to the correct account.
