The Smokeball Bill dashboard places front and center the things you need to know to track and manage your work for the day more effectively.
You can access the dashboard by selecting the Dashboard tab from the left-hand panel. The dashboard will be the default view that you are presented with upon opening Smokeball Bill.
The dashboard will summarize important information such as billable amounts in the current day and past day as well as charts for outstanding invoices and billable/non-billable time & fee entries. Scroll down further to quickly access recently viewed matters and invoice data.

The Dashboard tab is accessible from the left-hand panel and will be the default view that you are presented with upon opening Smokeball.
Customize Your Dashboard
Customizable widgets are available to meet your specific needs. Make the Dashboard uniquely yours by customizing the appearance and layout with widgets.
If you wish to change the appearance of your Dashboard, select the Pencil Icon.
The pencil icon enables edit mode. Select the white x in the gray circle to leave edit mode.
In edit mode, you can move widgets through drag and drop selection and re-size them by selecting the two diagonal arrows in the lower right-hand corner of the pane. Selecting the three gray dots in the upper right-hand corner will also allow you to remove or rename the widget from the Dashboard.
You also have the option to create multiple dashboards in order to organize your information across multiple views. You can rename, rearrange, or remove dashboards as needed.
Select the Add Widget button to open the Widget Library. The Widget Library provides additional widgets for your Dashboard.
Did You Know
The displayed widgets will depend on the size and shape of your web browser window. If the resolution on your computer is too small or if the scale of your display is too large, then certain panes may drop out of view.
