New features
Smokeball Web App release
If you are on Smokeball Grow or Prosper+, the Smokeball Billing web app has now been expanded with many of the productivity features available on the Smokeball desktop app. This web app is available on any device that can open a web browser.
New URL
The old Smokeball Billing web app URL (billing.smokeball.com) will re-direct you to app.smokeball.com. If this is the first time you are accessing this link, you will be prompted to enter your Smokeball login details.
Updated user interface
The user interface of the Smokeball Web App has been updated to look more modern and streamlined.
Billing Permissions
You can now restrict staff's billing permissions on the web app. All billing-related menu items, tabs, and settings (e.g., invoices) will be hidden from staff whose billing permissions are restricted. Staff without Billing permissions can still use the web app's productivity features (e.g., matters, tasks, memos. Learn more about managing staff and user permissions.
