New Matter Type: General Education
You can now create General Education matters in Smokeball. This matter type is available to all states. This matter type is intended to be used when you are representing or working with school districts/school boards on issues that might not fall into more specific categories, such as Compliance and Investigation, Education Litigation, Special Education, etc.
Moreover, unlike the broader General matter type, the General Education matter type enables you to include parties relevant to Education matters, such as a school board or superintendent. Other matter details available include teacher, parent, special education coordinator, and more.
