This article will show you how to:
- Create a VCAT matter
- Enter parties
- Enter Tribunal Details
- Add Uncommon Contacts
- Subscribe to the Administrative Tribunals Precedent Profile
To create a new VCAT matter, follow the steps below. Enter parties
- Click New Matter from the Home Screen.
- Select State: VIC
- Select Matter Category: Administrative Tribunals.
- Select Matter Type: VCAT
- Select which party you are acting for (Applicant or Respondent):
- Enter the parties including all relevant details.
- Select 'Tribunal Details' to enter the Case Number, Registry and Tribunal:
- To add Uncommon Contacts to your matter, open the Matter Settings and select the appropriate contact from the Parties & Data available in your matter.
For VCAT (Vic), the available parties include parties pertaining to the various VCAT Case types.
