Create a Renewal of Lease Matter

To create a new Renewal of Lease matter, follow the steps below:

1. Click New Matter from the Home Screen
   
   
2. Select State: VIC
   
   
3. Select Matter Category: Leasing
   
   
4. Select Matter Type: Renewal of Lease
   
   
   
   
5. Enter the parties, including all relevant details.
   
   
6. Select 'Lease Details' to enter the:
   • Lease details;
   • Rent details;
   • Option details; and
   • Disclosure details.
     
     
7. Select 'Premises Details' to enter the Address, Title References and details of the premises.
   
   

Add Additional Contacts

You may add Additional Contacts to your matter through the Matter Settings

2. Notification of dates before and after which option cannot be exercised (with option to renew)
