The Conveyancing General (ACT) matter type provides a catch-all matter for the other types of Real Property transactions and related matters.

Common Contact Cards and Layouts

The following Contact Cards and Layouts appear by default on a Conveyancing General (ACT) matter:

  • Other Side with its Solicitor
  • Property Details
    Enter your property and title information.
  • Conveyancing Details

  • Owner’s Corporation and Strata Manager
  • Guarantor
  • Accountant
  • Previous Solicitor

Precedent Library
