The Insurance General (NSW) matter type provides a catch-all matter for other types of Insurance disputes and related matters. You can also select whether you act for the Claimant or Defendant:
Common Contact Cards and Layouts
The following Contact Cards and Layouts appear by default on an Insurance General (NSW) matter:

- Select ‘Accident Details’ to enter the Date of Accident and Time and Place of Accident. You can also enter the Accident Circumstances, Police Event Number and Injury Details here.

- Select Expert to enter the Expert Details.

- King’s Counsel
- Previous Solicitor

Precedent Library
