New Matter Types

The Workplace Investigation Matter and Lead Type is now available for the Employment practice area.

Matter Type Amendments and Updates

• Conveyancing (WA) - the Settlement Statement layout in Purchase and Sale matter types now have three options to select from for Legal Costs. 
• Personal Injury (NSW) - Officer-In-Charge contact card is now available to add to Institutional Abuse matters.
• Personal Injury (WA) - Process Server contact card is now available to add to Motor Vehicle Accident and Workers Compensation matters.
• Estate Disputes (SA) - Created new Eligibility Details layout for Family Provision Claims.

Rates and Fees Updates

• Conveyancing (WA) - The WA Transfer Duty Calculator has been updated to not use rounding. It now matches what the RevenueWA Online Services Portal calculator does (this calculator is available to all of the public from RevenueWA website). 
• Conveyancing (VIC) - VIC Function Return Principal Place of Residence concession update.
