Planning and Environment Litigation (QLD)

The Planning and Environment Litigation (QLD) matter type provides the necessary contact cards and layouts for a Planning and Environment matter that has commenced court proceedings. 

You can select whether you act for the Initiating Party, Respondent, Co-Respondent, or Co-Respondent by Election. 

Initiating Party has a Details sublayout where you can select whether you act for the Applicant or Appellant.

Precedent Library
