The Smokeball Stamp Duty calculator has been updated to reflect the new SDLT rates effective from 1 April 2025.
For matters with a completion date on or after 1 April 2025, the updated rates will automatically apply.
For matters with a completion date before 1 April 2025, the calculator will continue to use the previous SDLT rates.
