Once you have connected your InfoTrack account to Smokeball, learn how to leverage the integration to simplify your workflow.
If you haven't already, connect your InfoTrack account to Smokeball.
Order an InfoTrack search from Smokeball
- Select a matter in Smokeball, then select the InfoTrack tab.
- Select New Search.
- InfoTrack will open in a new window. Complete your order through InfoTrack.
- Navigate back to Smokeball to see a list of searches and enquiries ordered through InfoTrack, its status, which user ordered, and the cost recovery fee of the order.
