Resolving mapping errors in custom intake forms

Use this article to troubleshoot the following error message that appears when a custom intake form does not have properly mapped fields:

"A Web Enquiry form can not be shared without a required mapped field for the Prospective Client Name. Please map this field and mark it as “Required” to continue."

To resolve this:

  1. Open the lead intake form from File > Intake Forms.
  2. Select the three dots icon on the right-hand side of the form and select Open.
  3.  Select the three dots icon on a section and click on Mapped.
  4. Under Prospective Client > Person, ensure you have ticked either First Name or Last Name and select Add.


  5. Click either the First Name or Last Name box and toggle Required for at least one of them.

  6. Select Close.
