Use this article to troubleshoot the following error message that appears when a custom intake form does not have properly mapped fields:
"A Web Enquiry form can not be shared without a required mapped field for the Prospective Client Name. Please map this field and mark it as “Required” to continue."
To resolve this:
- Open the lead intake form from File > Intake Forms.
- Select the three dots icon on the right-hand side of the form and select Open.
- Select the three dots icon on a section and click on Mapped.
- Under Prospective Client > Person, ensure you have ticked either First Name or Last Name and select Add.
- Click either the First Name or Last Name box and toggle Required for at least one of them.
- Select Close.
