New Features
Reason field on the Trust Transactions window
To ensure compliance with the requirements of the California Bar Association, a Reason field has been added to the Trust Payment window. Firms that need this field, or those that simply wish to use it as an option, can fill it out.
Trust Transactions Billing Report
This report has been added to meet the trust rules outlined in the latest handbook issued by the California Bar Association. This report includes a column which denotes the reason for each trust payment. Learn more about the Trust Transactions Billing Report.
Updates
Bulk Mark Invoices as Sent
Following the recently added Mark as Sent feature, you can now mark multiple invoices as sent under the new Bulk Actions button from the Invoices page and individual contact.
Identify sent invoice reminders
The Invoice Reminders page now includes a green tick icon next to invoices where reminders have been sent to the debtor/s. Hovering over this icon will tell you how a reminder was sent, when it was sent and who it was sent by.
