Generate Intake Forms with AI

With LeadPro and MatterFlow, Smokeball offers both pre-made intake forms and the ability for you to manually build your own form. As of version 9.0, however, you can now also generate forms using our AI tool. 

To get started:

1. Navigate to Intake Forms in the native (desktop) app or web app and select the Create form button.
2. Choose Matter or Lead.
3. Enter a name for the form, the relevant jurisdiction(s), and appropriate matter type(s).
4. Select the Generate Form button.

Smokeball AI will generate a template intake form based on the state(s) and matter type(s) selected.

Convert an existing form

Alternatively, you can convert an existing paper form into a Smokeball intake form using the AI tool. Follow steps 1 through 3 above. You then should select the Upload and convert an existing form option.

This will open a box that will allow you to upload a copy of the paper form. Drag the .pdf, .jpeg, or .png copy of the intake form into the box or select Browse to select it from your computer's hard drive. Once the file is uploaded, select Generate Form.
