Creating a Liquor Licence Matter

To create a new Liquor Licence matter, follow the steps below. 

  1. Select Commercial > Liquor Licence

  2. Enter the parties' details. For help on this, see Adding Contacts.

  3. Enter the Licence Details.

Adding Additional Contacts

  1. To add further Contacts to your matter such as a Government Department, open the Matter Settings and select the appropriate Contact.

Adding Licence Details to a Business or Leasing Matter

  1. You may add the Licence Details layout to a NSW Sale of Business, Purchase of Business or Assignment of Lease matter through Matter Settings

  2. You may then enter the Licence Details in the matter.
