Create a Shareholder Agreement
1. To create a new Shareholder Agreement matter type, select Commercial > Shareholder Agreement > Next.
2. Enter the parties' details. Ensure that you enter the relevant information under the 'Details' sections for the Company and the Shareholders. For help on adding contacts and to see how to add multiple Shareholders, see Adding Contacts.
Adding Additional Contacts
To add further Contacts to your matter, open the Matter Settings and select the appropriate Contact.
