Information for firms located in Queensland
If your firm is located in Queensland and you are insured with Lexon Insurance, we have automatically set up your access to Lexon Precedents which are now available from the Marketplace Precedents section in the Smokeball Precedent Library.
There is no additional charge to access these precedents.
Information for firms outside of Queensland
If your firm is located outside of Queensland, you will not have access to Lexon Precedents via Smokeball.
If you are an interstate firm with an office located in Queensland, you can gain access by producing a copy or screenshot of your Certificate of Currency from Lexon Insurance.
Once you have produced this, contact us to request access to the Lexon Precedent suite in the Smokeball Marketplace Precedents Library.
