Create a Liquor Licence Matter
To create a new Liquor Licence matter, follow the steps below.
- Select Commercial > Liquor Licence

Enter the parties' details. For help on this, see Adding Contacts.
Note: Proposed Manager refers to the Proposed Person in Day-to-Day Management or Control of Premises. -
Enter the Licence Details.
Add Additional Contacts
- To add further Contacts to your matter such as a Nominee, open the Matter Settings and select the appropriate Contact.
Add Licence Details to a Business, Conveyancing or Leasing Matter
- You may add the Licence Details layout and additional contacts to a VIC Sale of Business, Purchase of Business, Sale, Purchase or Assignment of Lease matter through Matter Settings.
- You may then enter the Licence Details in the matter.
Commonly Used Forms
The following liquor licensing forms have been made available within the Precedent Library:
- Declaration of Associates Form
- Endorsement of Name on Licence or Permit
- Notice of Right to Occupy the Premises
- Notice of Right to Use the Premises
- Variation to an Existing Licence or Permit
The forms can be accessed through:
- the Application folder under the Liquor Licence precedent suite; or
- the Liquor Control Victoria folder under Court and Authority Forms.
