- Go to Smokeball Settings.
 - In the Document Containers tab, right-click on the relevant letterhead and select Modify.
 - Double-click into the Word document Header.
 - In the Word ribbon go to Header & Footer and tick Different First Page.
 - Double-click on the document body to exit out of Header and Footer mode.
 - Click on the very bottom of the document text, then select the Insert tab and click on Page Break.
This will create a second page, with a different header. - Double-click on the header on the second page and make the necessary edits to it.
 - Double-click on the document body of the second page to exit out of Header and Footer mode.
 - Press backspace until the second page goes away and you’re left with the first page.

 - Click Save & Close.

Your letters will now automate with the different second page when required.
