- Currently, Smokeball Payments notifications are sent to the nominated email in the Feewise dashboard. If you need to loop in other email addresses to receive these emails, we recommend setting up auto-forwarding rules in your email inbox.Â
- Contact support@getfeewise.com to update the email that receives Smokeball Payments notifications.
- If you are not receiving notifications or experiencing other issues with notifications, submit a support request.
