Estate Planning (ACT) Area of Law matters include access to the following Precedent Profiles:

  • Estate Planning (ACT)
    Includes automated, non-legally drafted precedents created by the Smokeball Team for use in every day running of an Estate Planning matter.
  • ACT Forms
    A Court & Authority Precedent Profile which includes publicly available, commonly used ACT specific forms and documents obtained from authorities, organisations, acts and legislations, and automated by the Smokeball Team.
