Identify emails in Outlook that are assigned to a matter

When you connect Smokeball to Outlook, all emails that are assigned to a matter will have an orange bookmark icon above the time. An orange Smokeball tag will also appear in the body panel of the email. 

To customise the colour of the Smokeball tag:

1. In Outlook, select Tags > Categorize
2. Select All Categories....
   
3. Choose the colour you prefer from the dropdown menu in the Color Categories window.

Disable the Smokeball email tag

If you do not wish to use this feature, you can turn it off:

1. In the Smokeball desktop app, select the gear icon to access Smokeball Settings.
2. Select Outlook and Notifications from the left panel.
3. Click off the checkmark next to Apply category when assigning emails.
   
4. Select Save.

Re-select the checkmark to resume using the tag.
