The Strata Advice (QLD) matter type provides the necessary contact cards and layouts for managing general strata and body corporate advice matters. It can be used for matters where lot owners or body corporate parties seek advice about their rights and responsibilities, as well as matters involving early-stage disputes or other dispute-related advice and resolution processes.
You can select whether you act for the Lot Owner or the Body Corporate:

The following Contact Cards and Layouts appear by default on a Strata Advice (QLD) matter:

- Body Corporate along with its Solicitor

Precedent Library
The Strata Advice (QLD) matter provides access to the Property (QLD) Precedent Profile with pre-set Precedent Library folders which include non-legally drafted precedents for everyday use, together with shortcuts to commonly used documents found under Court & Authority forms:Â
