The By-Laws (QLD) matter type provides the necessary contact cards and layouts for managing matters relating to a community titles scheme’s by-laws. It caters for matters involving the preparation and lodgement of a new or amended Community Management Statement with Titles Queensland, as well as the drafting or amendment of the scheme’s by-laws.
You can select whether you act for the Lot Owner or the Body Corporate:
