Create a Group Calendar

Group calendars are extremely beneficial, events such as settlements logged in a group calendar can then be viewed by all users.

1. From the Smokeball home screen select Calendar

2. Select Manage calendars (bottom left of screen)

3. Select Create a new Calendar

4. Name New Calendar, select a colour and save

The New Calendar will then appear under Group Calendars

Events such as settlements can then be allocated to the appropriate group calendar
