Where the data comes from

  1. Purchaser contact card(s)
  2. Vendor contact card(s)
  3. Property Details: Property Address
  4. Conveyancing Details: Settlement Date
  5. Settlement Financials: Payments > Available Funds > Trust
  6. Calculation: Total funds to be provided by client prior to settlement comprising additional Trust funds and Cheques marked as Drawn By Client
  7. Settlement Financials: Payments > Available Funds > Bank
  8. Settlement Financials: Payments > Total Payments to be drawn
  9. Settlement Financials: Payments > A list of all Payments Drawn By Bank or Client
  10. Settlement Financials: Payments > A list of all Payments Drawn By Trust and the Payment Type
  11. Settlement Financials: Payments > Total Payments to be drawn

Handy Hints

To make sure your payments are balanced please check that Settlement FInancials: Payments > Vendor Balance to be Advised equals zero and that Balance required to settle (Other amounts) also balances out to zero. If you have previously added the Incoming Mortgagee amount to your settlement financials page as "Other Debits & Credits" you will need to remove this for the Balance required to settle to work correctly for creating the reconciliation.
