If you right-click any document in Smokeball, you will find additional options that you can action.
Rename a file
Select Rename to change the name of an uploaded file.
Replace a file
Select Replace to change an existing file with another from your local desktop.
Duplicate a file
Select Duplicate to create a copy of the file under the same directory of the matter.
Move a file to another folder or matter
Select Move to to select a new location for the file.
You can choose to move it to a different folder or a different matter.
