Save documents, webpages or images to a matter using Print to Smokeball PDF

Learn how to save any document, webpage or resource directly to Smokeball from anywhere in Windows using the Print to Smokeball PDF function.

This feature is available on any Windows application that contains a Print dialogue window, such as web browsers, image viewers and PDF readers. 

As long as you can use Ctrl+P on an application, you can Print to Smokeball PDF and save items to Smokeball.

To access Print to Smokeball PDF:

1. Open the item that you wish to save to a matter.
2. Hit Ctrl+P to access the print menu, then choose Print to Smokeball PDF from the list of available printers.
   
3. Select the matter and the folder in the following window to save the item.
   
4. Select Save.

View saved PDFs

PDFs saved using Print to Smokeball PDF are accessible from the Documents list of the matter.
