New Matter Types
- Commercial Property Purchase (England & Wales): Used when representing a Buyer in the purchase of commercial property. Firms that manage such transactions within their Conveyancing work can alternatively use the Conveyancing > Purchase matter type, and select "Commercial" as the Nature of Property.
- Commercial Property Sale (England & Wales): Used when representing a Seller in the sale of commercial property. Firms that manage such transactions within their Conveyancing work can alternatively use the Conveyancing > Sale matter type, and select "Commercial" as the Nature of Property.
- Copyright (United Kingdom): Used when representing a client in relation to copyright licensing, or the protection, enforcement, or defence of copyright.
- Design (United Kingdom): Used when representing a client in relation to the registration, protection, enforcement, or infringement of design rights.
- Intellectual Property General (United Kingdom): Used when representing a client in relation to an intellectual property matter that does not fit well in the other matter types.
- Patent (United Kingdom): Used when representing a client in relation to the filing, enforcement, prosecution or defence of patent rights, including applications, disputes, and licensing.
- Trade Mark (United Kingdom): Used when representing a client in relation to the registration, protection, enforcement, or defence of a trade mark, including applications, oppositions, infringements, and renewals.
- Intellectual Property (Lead) (United Kingdom): Lead for Intellectual Property category.
Matter Type Amendments and Updates

Report Updates
New 'Property Matter List' report added, which can be generated based on matter opening date, Completion date, or Exchange date. Report will include data on property address, purchase price, key dates and staff details for conveyancing and property matters.
General Updates
Fixed issue with gender-based pronoun [ALT] automation fields (e.g. he/she/they) that was causing the automation to return nothing when gender is "Unspecified".
These automation fields will now also return the neutral pronoun as default when no gender has been entered.
