Run reports on Leads

Smokeball Lead Management includes the ability to generate reports specific to Leads.

Smokeball Reports can track all open Leads as well as the Next Steps assigned to Leads so that firms can stay on top of their new business pipeline. 

Select the Reports view in Smokeball to get started:

Choose the Open & Next Steps report from the Select Report dropdown menu to view all open leads that also have instructions in the Next Steps widget.

If you wish to generate a report which shows all your open leads, even those that do not have a Next Step assigned, select the Lead - Full List report from the dropdown menu. Use the filters to create a date range from the first day you used Smokeball to the present. Under the Status dropdown menu, make sure only Open is selected. 

Generating Lead Insights (Prosper+ only)

If you are a Firm Owner with access to Firm Insights, you can generate Lead Insights to get a better understanding of your lead pipeline and wins and losses.
