If you notice matter windows not opening in the Smokeball desktop app but can still preview matter windows when hovering your mouse cursor over the Smokeball taskbar icon, this issue is typically caused by a disconnected monitor or a monitor with a poor connection. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Move your mouse cursor over the Smokeball taskbar icon to pull up previews of all open windows.
- Right-click on the window that is not opening and select Maximize.
- The window should now open on the monitor that is connected.
