New Features

Outlook 365 on the web app

You can now access Microsoft 365 Outlook from the web app.

Client Portal Personalization

You can now modify the color scheme and appearance of your client portal to present a more cohesive brand experience.

Navigate to Smokeball Settings > Client Portal > Update to get started.

Updates

• The AutoTime timer has been refined for more accurate activity tracking when bringing a computer out of sleep mode. 
• The office phone and fax number fields for branch offices now include area code and local number components to mirror the format in Firm Details and minimize inconsistencies when automating documents. 

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where Excel spreadsheets displayed incorrect date modified data. 
• Resolved an issue where PDFs failed to save to a matter when using the Publish Online feature.
• Resolved an issue where saving an appointment created by a user in a different time zone caused an unintended discrepancy.
• Resolved an issue where automation failed due to sub-layout data not loading.
• Resolved a matter role/substitution issue that prevented automation from functioning.
• Resolved an issue where critical dates on a layout were deleted when a linked event was deleted from the Smokeball calendar.
