New Features

Branch Offices

This feature enables firms with multiple locations to assign matters to specific branch offices. You can add additional branch offices in Firm Settings and assign a matter to a branch office in the matter info section.

Tagged Matters Dashboard Widget

You can now use the Tagged Matters widget to visualize how many matters and/or leads are associated with an individual tag. You can filter what is displayed by matter, leads, statuses, and specific tag.

Updates

Calendar Sync Improvements

Calendar Sync now defaults to the cloud option. If you do not have a cloud sync available for your email address, then you will be given instructions for setting up a local sync. You can also elect for a local sync even if a cloud sync is available to you.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue causing Document Containers to populate upon logging in.
• Resolved an issue causing duplicate item entries on the matter level and matter sub-level to not appear on the matter.
• Resolved multiple issues affecting time zones and dates in dashboard widgets, reports, tasks, and workflows.
• Resolved an issue causing Smokeball to freeze when an organization contact card had a large number of users saved to it. 
• Resolved an issue that caused the deleted events button from working in the Daily Digest sidebar.
• Resolved an issue causing the Smokeball Chrome extension to save websites as MHT instead of PDF.
