New Features
Staff signatures and firm logo in Letters
You can now add staff signatures and firm logos to any document container or template in Smokeball. This feature enables the automated display of signatures on specified generated documents. You can add a signature for any staff member associated with a role on the matter, such as Attorney Responsible or Person Responsible.

Pop out window for exploring files and folders
You can now select a button on the Documents section of your matter to create a pop out window that will allow you navigate and manage your folders more easily.

Kanban board widget
The Kanban board widget has been added to the widget library. This widget will display matters grouped by stage and can be filtered by the Person Responsible.
Assigned Matters widget
The Assigned Matters widget has been added to the widget library. Use this widget to produce a visual for how many matters a staff member is assigned to.

Add priorities to Tasks
You can now add priorities when creating or editing a Task. Priorities are an optional field which appear next to the Task name. Priorities will appear in the global Tasks list, the Tasks tab on an individual matter, and in Daily Digest emails.Â
Priority levels can be set to Urgent, High, Medium, Low, or No Priority.Â
Workflow triggers for a Matter Stage change
Matter Stages now include an option in the edit stage set window that will display a prompt to select a workflow when you transition to a different stage on a matter.Â

Publish Online enhancement
You can now use the Publish Online feature to publish multiple files with a single link.

Intake Form enhancement
Information entered into mapped fields on an intake form linked to matter types with the Property Details (basic) layout is now preserved and will correctly populate into the matter. Re-entering this data is no longer required.
Bug Fixes
Updated the Smokeball Chrome Extension to resolve an issue that prevented users from finding the extension on the Chrome Web Store.
