Reports improvements

The dropdown menu used to select a report has received the following upgrades:

• A search bar to find reports based on keywords
• Distinction between standard and custom reports
  • Custom reports (if your firm has them) will be featured first. 
• Alphanumeric sorting

Map branch offices to your templates

You can now incorporate multiple branch office locations into your templates. The branch office must be assigned to a matter; otherwise, the original firm location will be mapped. The document must also be generated from within the matter associated with the branch. 

Bug Fixes

• Improved the ability of matter descriptors to help users distinguish between multiple matters from the same client.
• Resolved an issue where users could set two branch offices as the primary branch.
• Resolved an issue preventing users from saving or closing documents that initially had been opened from OneDrive. 
• Resolved an issue where the pop-up menu in the Outlook COM add-in interfered with the re-name email pop up.
• Resolved an issue that prevented templates from being opened or edited.
• Resolved optimization issues with Firm Insights to improve reporting accuracy and performance.
