Update
A fix to this issue was released alongside Smokeball Version 8.15.
We have identified an issue where some iOS users replying to an email sent from Outlook via the Smokeball Outlook add-in result in the email bouncing (not delivering) under the following criteria:
- The email sent from Outlook contains an embedded image file, e.g. a signature or logo
- The reply email is sent from the iOS Apple Mail app (the default app that comes with iOS devices)
If any of your clients use the iOS Mail app to reply to emails, they may be impacted by this issue.
Our team is aware of the problem and is working on a fix. In the meantime, we recommend asking affected users to use an alternative mail app to reply to emails sent from the Smokeball Outlook add-in.
